Shipping policy

At Dubida, each order is carefully prepared and dispatched with attention to detail. We strive to ensure that your delivery arrives smoothly, and within the expected timeframe.

Where We Ship

Dubida currently ships exclusively within the United States.

Handling Time

Orders are processed within three business days from the date of purchase. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery generally takes five to eight business days, depending on the destination.

Orders are sent via USPS. We may occasionally use alternative carriers when necessary. Should we do so, it will not affect the delivery timeline.

Express Shipping

An express shipping option is available at checkout for customers who require faster delivery. Fees and estimated transit times will be displayed during checkout.

Gift Orders

Dubida offers digital gift cards, available for purchase online. A handwritten note may be included upon request during checkout. 

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

While we do our best to ensure a timely and reliable delivery, please understand that once an order is handed to the carrier, we are no longer in control of transit conditions. In the event of an unusual delay or issue, we remain available to assist and communicate with the carrier as needed.
